Normal temporary side effects:

• Redness and swelling.
• Bruising.
• Lumps.
• Tenderness.

What to avoid:

• Vigorous exercise and heavy lifting for a few days after the procedure.

Aftercare:

• Wear your compression sock at least 2 weeks after treatment.
• Engage in light walking to promote blood flow.
• Elevate your legs whenever possible to reduce swelling and discomfort.
