Insurance

American Skin Institute is an in-network provider for Medicare, TriWest CCN and most PPO insurance plans. We also accept a very limited number of HMO plans.

Please note:

1. Even though we may be in-network with your insurance company, it is not a guarantee that we accept all insurance plans offered by that company.
2. Even though we may accept your insurance, it is not a guarantee that your insurance plan covers all services, treatments and procedures.

A few days prior to your appointment, we will verify your insurance benefits to confirm that your insurance plan is in-network with our office. However, it is the patient’s responsibility to know their insurance plan and coverage. Patient responsibilities such as copays, co-insurances and deductibles will be collected at checkout, surgical responsibilities will be collected at check-in.

Should your specific insurance plan not be in-network with our office, we accept self-pay patients as well. Accepted methods of payment include: Cash, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and CareCredit.

American Skin Institute partners with CareCredit to provide convenient financing options for cosmetic, medical, and surgical procedures. CareCredit gives you the flexibility to move forward with your treatment whenever you’re ready. Appointment Policies

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly notify us at least 1 business day before your appointment. Appointments canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time will not incur a fee. Cancellations made within 24 business hours of the appointment are subject to a cancellation fee. Patients who miss their appointment without prior notice (“no-call, no-show”) are subject to a cancellation fee.
